New Immunizations

You can contact us at info@eidushealth.com to obtain a list of health plans that we participate in. Currently, we participate in Medicare, Aetna, Beech Street, Cigna, HealthNet,Horizon Blue Cross Blue Shield NJ, Multiplan, Oxford, United, and Wellchoice.

Please remember that it if your health plan requires selection of a primary care physician, you need to do this prior to your first visit, otherwise you may be responsible for more costs related to your care and we will not be able to issue referrals if needed.

Due to the complexity of health insurance, we cannoth be responsible for determining if a service is covered by your insurance, if you have any questions, please contact your employer or heath insurer
